Mike was a truly wonderful guy. One of the few I knew that always had a smile on his face and something positive to say. I know he will be missed greatly by all of his friends and family. My heart and prayers go out to you in this difficult time.

Dear Margaret,
I cannot imagine the grief and pain of your loss. With my deepest condolences.

Mario, Dottie, Heather and Jessica,
We know you are exhausted with grief. We just learned of Mike's death from Claudia this morning.

Our hugs, thoughts and warmth are sent your way in this cold dark hour. much love, Sheelah and Rich

Woody, you were my first squadleader in the Burne and turned into a good friend my first year there. Miss you man.

To the family of Michael Woodard,

I am very sorry to hear of your terrible loss. My daughter Lauren was a fellow student of Mike's at WVU. My husband and daughter had the pleasure of meeting Mike and his stepfather John last year at WVU orientation. I only hope that with time your grief will pass. My family sends heartfelt condolences to all of you. May God grant you strength and peace and comfort you at this difficult time. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Mario, Dottie and family,

St. Francis de Sales said "God will lead you through all things and when you cannot stand it, He will carry you in his arms."
Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I know that Michael has earned his wings and is flying high with our Lord Jesus Christ. May the memories of his smile, wit and love sustain you until you meet again.

I wish so much that I could somehow ease the pain you all are feeling, but I know that only time and God can do that. Please try to find peace in knowing that he touched those around him with his kindness and love. He does not suffer, he does not weep, he feels only love and peace and would want you to as well. You have so much love and support around you. Reach out to us and we will try to help you thru this. My deepest condolences to you. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.
