I had the honor of getting to know Mike several years ago when he came to work on the squad with us at Station 50.

Mike was a hard worker and always willing to be a part of the team. Mike liked to tell us about his parents, working with his dad and the fishing trips he would take with him. It is with heavy hearts we are sorry for your loss. Each and everyone he touched through his trail of life, have been blessed. He was a handsome, genuine, and a devoted person. We were all so proud of him, when he accomplished his career goal. We all knew how patient and hard he worked to achieve it. I am so sorry to hear about the death of your son and brother. Though I never met him, it sounds like Michael was a caring and loving young man who touched a lot of peoples lives. I'm keeping your family in my prayers.

Mike Zermino's family,
I am terribly sorry for your loss. My deepest condolences to each and every one of you. Mike was an old high school friend of mine. We didn't see each other often, but when we did, he was very kind and genuine. You raised a wonderful son. His beautiful and gentle spirit will forever live on. Mike will never be forgotten.
