Dr. Sultan was born on January 21, 1937 and passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2019. Dr. Sultan was a resident of Wisconsin at the time of passing. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be directed to the Eau Claire Community Foundation.
We did not know Michel well, but, found him very easy to talk to. Michel greeted you with a warm smile. He would always have a kind look in his eyes that told you he was interested in you and in what you had to say. Our deepest sympathies, Cathy. He will be missed by many.
