I remember Michele from the culinary dinners at TSTC and was at a dinner when it was announced that she was the Texas Pastry Chef of the year. She will be missed.

Michele was a cousin and a childhood friend. I´ll remember her for her terrific laugh and beautiful smile. She was always very good to me and a very protective older cousin. RIP Michele

To say you will be missed is an understatement.....you have made a difference in so many lives...hopefully they will pass it forward.....rest easy my friend and my thoughts go out to Bryan and the boys!

I had the pleasure of knowing Michele & her family for more than a decade. I traveled & competed alongside her in St. Louis at regionals, in Luxembourg at the World Cup and in Germany at the Olympics. She was a talented pastry chef and fierce competitor. Michele gave back to the industry and world as an instructor who helped shape the future of our industry. Rest in peace Chef Brown!

Chef Michele was a skilled pastry chef and competitor. An active member in the Texas Chef Association and the World Master Chefs Society. She will be missed by all, rest in peace Michele.
