DECATUR - Michele Guthrie, 43, of Decatur died 2:46 p.m. Wednesday (Oct. 20, 2004) in her home. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before services in Dawson & Wikoff West Wood Street Funeral Home. Michele was born April 10, 1961, in Decatur, the daughter of Jasper and Aline Woods Guthrie. She formerly worked for the state of Illinois. Surviving are her father of Decatur; sister, Jasmine Guthrie of Decatur; stepbrother, James W. Wright and wife Lorene of Kansas City, Mo.; nephews, Simon and Nicholas; niece, Autumn. She was preceded in death by her mother; stepmother; brother, Clifton Guthrie; and sister, Adrianne Guthrie.
