Michele was born in San Diego, the first of two daughters to Geoff and Cindy. At about nine years old, Michele would move to Hailey, Idaho where she would spend most of her formative years. Michele was a competitive swimmer, skier, and would go on to become a professional cyclist. As a teenager, Michele nearly set a world record in Rondelay Ski Racing, deep in the backcountry of Colorado. Michele was a student of science and a talented mechanic. Michele would go on to survive a bout with cancer and emerge an avid cyclist and bicycle mechanic. Michele would have two children of whom she was so proud and eventually move with them, back to Orange County, California. Michele would compete in dozens of running, triathalon, and cycling events, earning several notable sponsors, and finishing routinely in the top three for her age group. Michele would ride thousands of miles for charity, having completed the Tour De Cure, 100 mile bicycle race, multiple years. She did this all while working full time as a bicycle mechanic and mother. In January of 2016, Michele moved to Long Beach, were she became a successful and beloved personal trainer, helping many people transform their lives through fitness. Michele would specialize in helping those who were elderly and or disabled, encouraging them to perform at levels beyond their imagination. Michele loved the outdoors, she loved fishing, camping, was a keen marksman, and competitive shooter. Michele loved running, power-lifting, Jiu Jitsu, and all forms of fitness. When she wasn't sweating and or working, she loved to ride motorcycles or sit on her inflatible unicorn in her pool, spending time with her friends, her dogs, and her boyfriend RJ . She is survived by her Father Geoffrey, Mother Cindy, Daughter Anneliese, Son Remington, and Sister Jackie.

Rest In Peace. I will always remember your contagious spirit and laugh. You were my best friend! I will miss you always.

She is sorely missed. We are all better for having known her. God Bless her, and all those who loved her.

Didn't know you long, but you made such an impact on my life. I miss you each time I go in the gym, I make myself work harder. You were such an inspiration to me. RIP sweet lady

You brightened our neighborhood with your enthusiasm, your energy and your wonderful sense of humor. And we will miss you. Rest in peace, sweet Michele.

Rest in piece, cousin. You were, and still are, an inspiring, strong, and beautiful person. You left us too soon. You will be remembered.

Good Morning Michele, I just wanted to tell you I love you!

Michele was my first trainer at the gym when I joined. Always upbeat and positive, took great care of my injured knee, even called my doctor to get more information on limitations, she was well liked by the members and she ALWAYS wanted hugs. I wish her family and friends peace, love and light through this difficult time, thank you Michele, RIP.
