Thank you Burt for calling to let me know and I have contacted a few of Michele's old HomeFed Retirement Plan buddies. She was so much fun to work with! We all enjoyed our get togethers, especially for margaritas at Casa dePico. We laughed together and cried together over memories of old work days and updates of what our children/families are up to now. She will deeply be missed! Oh, Burt, I am so sorry. Please know that the whole Nursing Education Department is mourning today and will be celebrating her life and achievements on the 12th (in spirit) with all of you. She and I always had the Michigan connection and she was a very special student here at City, excelled at everything and was such a delightful presence. The nursing world (and yours) will surely miss her. D
