Not sure what to say?

I met Michelle on a cruise in the mid 90's with her friend Liz! It was a brief moment in time I have never forgotten. we danced a few songs, one of which was red red wine! The cruise ended, I figured I'd never see this beautiful woman again. I moved back to Ohio a few years later. While in the Flats with a friend in some nightclub, I turned around to a familiar face right behind me as a new song came over the speakers - red red wine! We danced that song and that was it! That was the last...

Driving in to work this morning and singing along to "Imagine" by John Lennon, I was reminded of a time in our teens, when Michelle played piano in the basement of her parent's Olmsted Falls home, and I sang along to this song.

I was at once, both saddened by Michelle's loss and happy that she's in a far better place!

While we may have lost touch when I moved away, Michelle will forever remain in my heart!

So sorry for your loss!!! She will be deeply missed! I was lucky enough to be one of her karate friends and she would always be available to give me a ride! I have kept her ERA Realtor magnet on my fridge for many years and would think of her quite often! Occasionally I would check to see if she had joined Facebook to try and reconnect with her but not knowing her married name always came up empty handed! Today I saw the magnet on my fridge and was saddened to find she had passed a few weeks...

Michelle was an inspiration who fought breast cancer for so many years. She was lucky to have such a strong advocate , her husband, Chuck, who was with her until the end. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family during this very difficult time. Rene Barrat-Gordon, Cleveland, 3/5/2017

My Deepest Sympathy to the Families of Michelle. May she Forever Rest in Peace.

Dear Chuck, Mrs. Hoca, Bill, Steve, and Dan:

I am so sorry to hear of Michelle's passing. I will always remember her larger than life personality and her terrific laugh. I hope that your grief is quickly replaced by your fond memories of her extraordinary life.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; love leaves a memory no one can steal. You'll always be in our memories Michelle may you sing with the angels

Mrs. Hoca, Bill, Steve and Dan,

You have my deepest sympathies for the loss of your beautiful daughter/sister! Her pain is over now and you can look forward to meeting her again, pain free and forever happy! God Bless you, Mike

I am so saddened to hear of Michelle's passing. My path was fortunate enough to cross with hers many moons ago and her friendship was such a blessing. She could seriously light up a city with her energy, her spirit, her heart, her humor and her kindness. My thoughts and prayers are with her friends and family, and I will always treasure this gem of a friend. Love, peace and blessings to all.
