I would like to say that all my times with Michelle had laughter even when life got in the way. I am grateful for the times we had together and I miss her terribly. Many times, I still want to pick up the phone to talk to her. She always had a way to cheer me up or make me see things differently. I knew Michelle from st louis and was delighted to meet up with her in dallas a few years ago. i did not know her well but always felt her warmth and enjoyed talking with her. i have
great admiration for her enormous capacity for
love and courage. she loved her daughters so
much, i m very sad for their loss. my sympathies to her daughters and all her family.

Our condolences to Chris and his family. We only met Michelle once on our pre-bicycle trip across North America in 1994. We spent the night with Chris and Michelle, and they were gracious hosts. The following year on our actual tandem trip from California to Quebec City, they were unavailable as hosts as they were in Russia picking up Becca and Emily. I first met Michelle and family at Bethel when the girls were in school. We then reconnected on facebook and when my son went to college in Dallas. Over all these years, Michelle was always gracious, upbeat, smiling. Even during her fight with cancer, she remained positive most of the time. Girls, know that my prayers are with you and remember your mother is whole and rejoicing with Christ. When you miss her, look to heaven and think of a good memory.

I will miss Michelle so very much. You were the epitome of a gracious spirit and loving soul. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Chris, Becca and Emily. Sharon

My prayer is that the many beautiful memories of Michelle will help to comfort us all. I am truly thankful for her friendship throughout the years. May God always bless Michelle's loving family.
