I did not know Michelle but I have spent the last few days here on the 4th floor at TriPoint recuperating from knee surgery. It is very obvious Michelle was greatly loved and respected by her coworkers.The dates on Michelle's obituary, 1972 - 2011 doesn't mean as much as that little dash in between the numbers. Michelle created one Very Large Dash in her short 39 years.
It has to be an honor to known her.

Michelle was the kind of person and student that made me want to teach forever. I was so proud of her accomplishments. My heart goes out to her family.
