Dear family of Michelle,
I became friends with Michelle when I was her home health nurse in Norfolk. We enjoyed some time together recently when I picked her up for church on Sunday mornings. The last time I saw her was when I dropped some groceries off at her apartment a couple of weeks ago. She had called me & left a message a couple of days later saying she wouldn't be able to go to church that Sunday because she was having some medical problems. I didn't think it was real serious...
