Dear Mrs. Day and family,

i am so sorry to hear about Michelle's passing. I enjoyed her company growing up in Altamont and throughout Highschool. She always made me laugh and had a quick wit about her. She did a wonderful job with my baby shower at the Cheldan House. She was also a great baker, I ordered several cakes from here, they were always beautiful and delicious. Please know you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

To Betty and to Michelle's entire family, we are so sorry for your loss. We've often thought of Michelle over the years, often when we were hungry and seeking a place to eat that provided the hospitality and good food of Highland Farms when Michelle and Dan were there. Much too early for her to go! We know the depths of your grief, but be comforted that she will be remembered by many who knew her.
