Not sure what to say?

I got to know Mickey Gilley when I would do some singing at his club in Pasadena Texas. He also played piano on two of my records. I didn’t know him very well but while around him a few times a very good individual very talented. Ronald Trumble

I met him at The country Lounge on Maryland and Delaware state line back in early 70s . He had me up on stage with him and gave me his personal number and address . Told me if I had someone who could really sing to call him . He had my vote from then on .

I was 14 years old in 1986 and rode the bull while visiting family in Houston. Great memory!

Rest in peace, Mickey Gillis I was in your bar in the 80s very memorable

I"m 80years old now but I grewup hearing his beautiful music he didnt have to stay in the shadows of old great balls of fire both were great pianoist KUDOS Micky sorry didnt find you were gone from us so soon.

I knew Mickey from the beginning g of Gilleys. He was a super person . I handled his travel plans before he got his pilot license. I took bus groups to see him in Branson. He was well loved. Gonna miss Mickey. He and Johnny Lee were on our dancing plans back in the day of Gilleys. Rip Mickey!

I met Mickey while standing in line behind him on the Norwegian Cruise Line in 1986. He was talking to me about how he wanted to see the movie "Out of Africa" I told him "it was a very sad and depressing movie, go see it when you´re so happy you just can´t stand it!" He laughed and then asked..."what are you doing on this cruise? Would like to go out to dinner?" I said, "......well I´m here on my honeymoon" he said "Ohhhh! Ohhhh" Then he looked up and saw my ex husband behind me, 6´4" 240lbs...

Rest In Heaven

Saw Mickey everytime he was in Louisiana or Mississippi. His Concertst would bring back many emotions. Some good some sad. Concerts help me reflect on my growth in my relationships and professional career. I´ll always play his music.
