Mieko Sakai Moff

MOFF Mieko Sakai Moff, age 81, passed away on Friday, January 18, 2008 at her residence with her children at her side. Beloved wife of the late Charles Leroy Moff. Mother of Linda Tyner and Charlene Conners. Mother-in-law of Bobby Tyner, Jr. and Scott Conners. Grandmother of Michelle and Bobby Tyner, III and Scott Conners, Jr. Great Grandmother of Sonny Tyner. Sister of Masatoshi Sakai, Kazuo Sakai, Yoshiko Furuta and Hideko Ono. A native of Japan and a resident of Kenner. Mrs. Moff retired from the House of Lee. The family would like to offer special thanks to Dr. James McCullough and staff, also to the staff of Guardian Hospice, for the care given Mrs. Moff. The relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral. Services at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., Metairie, on Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at 2:00pm. Visitation from 11:00am until 2:00pm. Private interment in Port Hudson Baton Rouge National Cemetery.
