Not sure what to say?

Googled his name after coming across an old cookbook he put together and published. I worked with Hippo in the Blue (Neuro) Unit at MCCG. He showed me where the best fish sandwiches in town are (Saleem's). My wife and I still grab one when going through Macon. Fun guy to work with! Sorry to hear of his passing.

HIPPO, I AM MISSING JULIA AND YOU SO MUCH....I LOVE YOU BOTH AND TAKE CARE OF EACH OTHER************

Hey Nurse! Sure do miss you. Can't believe how the time has passed. Michael has got his Learner's permit now, and Robert just turned 11! It's hard to believe it's been three years. You were a great friend and I think of you often!

HIPPO, KEEP ON WATCHING OUT FOR OUR JULIA- LOVE YOU BOTH SO VERY MUCH*********

Hey Nurse!!

He was really a great guy

How Ya'll Durin',
It's hard to imagine that our friend and brother Hippo has been gone for a year. I miss him greatly but know that I am a better person for having as him a friend.

I can't believe it's been a year since you've been gone. I really miss you a lot and think of you often. Michael and Robert still want to press all the buttons everytime we get in an elevator "cause that's what Mr. Hippo did" they'll say.

Kelly Weaver printed a really sweet poem of rememberance and had them posted around today. Hippo would have been proud.

Thinking of you often,

Debbie
