Not sure what to say?

Very sorry to hear of Mike´s passing. Im sure he and Skip have found each other in heaven and are on the golf course now. My deepest sympathy to Jeannine and family. Teresa White

I was just thinking about Mike and how much fun He would make me laugh. I was his manicurist for years as I was Jeannine. I so sad I did not keep up and I´m so sorry. He loved his family so much. It´s all he talked about. He was so in love with his seeet wife. He used to say he had no idea how he got such a hot wife! I just needed to say something. I know he´s up waiting for y´all. He loved the lord and Jesus was his savior. Much love Nancy Gilbert billnangilbert @ gmail.com

My ideological "soul brother". We stayed in touch, broke bread, laughed, consulted and solved world problems for many years. Without a doubt, I know where he landed, and I look forward to reuniting with my friend up there one day.

I remember Mike´s intense, loving eyes as you would be telling him a story and his hilarious laugh. He so enjoyed a joke and would relish it with his body as he would gyrate with laughter. What a sweet, wonderful gentleman Mike was. I love you, Mike David Smiley Irvin

Mike was a great friend for many years. I could call, text, or email him anytime and get very informed answers. Our friendship was rooted in common interests and values. I will miss him a lot.

We are shocked and saddened to hear of Mike's passing. He was such a sweet man and my father Johnny Ray adored him. Prayers to the family.

I was saddened to learn about Mike this weekend. He was a friend that I admired in the insurance business. I always enjoyed my association with him, and the occasions in which we were able to travel together. Mike had a sense of humor that made him a joy to be around. As an SAE from SMU, I knew we had something in common. Blessings to all your family. Sincerely, Mark and Pam Jaudes

I was so sorry to hear about Mike´s passing. May God comfort you at this difficult time.

Mike, you are doing yells and hitting long balls in Heaven with a brand new body right now. I'll be joining you, Brother. Sure miss your laugh and sparkle that you shared with all.....I love you, Mike. Phi Alpha, Smiley
