Mike Hilzendeger Sr., 79, 1101 E. Ave. E, died Sept. 11, 1999, in a Bismarck hospital. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Lutheran Church, Bismarck, with the Rev. Tom Dunham officiating. Burial will be in North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, rural Mandan.Visitation will be 1-9 p.m....
