Mike T. Kalinowski, age 76, of Kirby passed away March 24, 2008. He was born August 23, 1931 in Lockhart, Texas to Zigmund and Cecilia (Tomczyk) Kalinowski. He served on the City Council in Kirby for 6 years, was a member of the Knights of Columbus and was the inventor of The Toothpick Dispenser....

Marie, Michael, Michelle, and family, please accept our deepest sympathies on your great loss. Mike was greatly admired and respected by our family. My dad, Roman Sykowski, has many fine memories and stories of Mike. We all admired his noble character and admirable traits.
