Not sure what to say?

My son Kurt attended mikes pitchers training camp after an arm injury, and went on to play college ball- what he learned from mike was mind boggling, the man was truely the most astute knowledgeable caring kind and a genius of physiology. I had the pleasure of watching him play, met him at the camp a few times, conversed with him on his website and learned so much- I'm saddened by his passing, he was a legend, eccentric perhaps but way ahead of his time- prayers for his family- rip iron mike

I am proud to say that I called Mike Marshall's pitches when he played in the men's adult league in Clearwater. I remember my trainer telling me that I've never seen pitches like I'm going to see now. He was dropped off in centerfield by a helicopter that picked him up after he pitched his four innings. Every parent who is serious about bringing up their kid as a pitcher sent them to him to train. He was just as serious about his pitching in the men's league as he was when he was in the...

Our deepest condolences to the family. We pray that God continues to strengthen and comfort the family during this difficult period.

My hand is just about healed from catching your throws from third to my mitt at first base and that was almost 70 years ago. RIP, Mike! PS. My brother Mike was a Phys Ed student at MSU.

I played touch football with him as our team captain, fall 1961, MSU. He was a very good quarterback for us, threw a beautiful spiral pass. Soft-spoken as I remember. Good guy.

Our sympathy goes out to the family of Mike Marshall. He will be missed by many.
