Not sure what to say?

I enjoyed working with Mike at SMPD. That was a great gang back n the late 70s and early 80s. Mike saved my career back then.

Mike was a kind man whose smile could light up a room. His stories were captivating, and heart was open to all. Remembering Mikes kindness and giving will help your heart to heal. Sending love to you and the family.

Too many memories to count. Mike (Mikey to me), was a second father... he taught me to drive stick shift, paid me to catch gophers, to get up early and work hard, made me feel loved and through his relationship with his family and friends showed me how to build community. May you rest in eternal peace Mikey.

May you rest in peace Mike. I will always cherish the time we spent working together at S.M.P.D. and our recent conversation on the phone. Our condolences to the family and friends for your loss. sincerely yours Paul & Esperanza Lopez.

I will always b thankful for Mike (to me Sugar Bear). He did have a good ear. Mike always let me talk his ear but he was always patient with me. He always gave me good advice especially in my High School days. I was from Guadalupe and went to Righetti High School, every once in a while he would drive my bus. He always made me laugh and feel about myself. God Bless you Mike you will always be in my heart.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

Mike was the Happiest Fun-Loving motorcycle cop in Santa Maria! I was 17, an employee, when he would frequent 'Howard's Beef 'n Bun' back in the late 70's. I can still see his big glowing smile 50 years later. RIP!

My heartfelt condolences to the Miranda family and friends,, Mike was a true Gentleman,, I was Mikes Bartender at the Landmark for his retirement and it was standing room only,,, R.I.P. my friend,,,,

RIP Mike, you were really one of a kind. I remember before we both found our careers in law enforcement, of an incident that occurred in the early morning hours at the old "Hunter's Inn." I would always remind him of that fun filled moment and we would laugh like it happened yesterday. Mike always had a way with his ever present smile and caring nature to make his friends feel connected. He will be truly missed. My prayers and thoughts are with his family, during this sad time.
