Not sure what to say?

My memories of Mike are: how young he was when he took Bonnie to her sr prom at Kenmore East. Going back a long time ago remembering the Japanese water garden in Texas, Mike had a new camera and dropped it in the lily pool while grabbing his son Andy who had fallen in. Mike & Bon also visited NY and with Lee and I we went to the treadway inn on the Niagara river, Lee had taken a replica boat and launched it into the river above the upper rapids with Mike. Bon and I were hysterical while...

Mike and I had many memorable times in the 37 years we were married. The highlight of our marriage was the birth of our three children, Andrew 1-26-77, Stephen 3-30-79 and our baby girl Stephanie 5-8-85. Mike was an honorable and dependable husband and father. And even though, he worked very hard for long hours, he would always make time for our children and their many activities throughout the years. Baseball, soccer (he was an assistant coach for 2 years), Indian guides, guitar lessons, and...

Mike had a number of really nice cars over the years, including an Olds F-85 and a Plymouth Convertible, but the one I remember most was the 68 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Hurst Performance 442.

This was a beautiful "ride," and I can still remember the sound of the engine (from a few blocks away!), and the smell and the "feel" of the plush, black leather interior.

The high-performance clutch in this car took a bit of finesse (and strength!) to operate, and so after...

With Sam in our backyard..

When I was 7 years old…the weekend right before my 8th birthday. I remember my dad waking me up kind of early on a Saturday..which was strange..because he usually liked to sleep in on his days off. I was usually the early-riser.

He said we had an errand to run and asked me to go with him. I remember it seemed like we were driving forever. He wouldn’t tell me where we were going, just that it was a surprise. He was driving his really old rusty brown Nissan pick-up truck. I...

It must have been in the very early 1970s when Mike Moore first pulled up at our house and into our lives in his Oldsmobile Cutlass. Mike was in the Navy, and he was four years my senior, so when I was about age sixteen, Mike gave me his old Draft Card and I used it as Fake I.D. to get into some of the local clubs and taverns! He never did ask for it back.

We were up in Canada at some campground for the Bicentennial Celebration on July 4th 1976, and Mike and I were...

We have made so many memories! We are so thankful for the time spent with you and your family. Mike will be missed, but remember, he is in the loving arms of Jesus and we will meet with him again some day! Be strong, Mike would want that.
