Mike Pollok

Mike was always kind and willing to listen when we served on the City Council together. I am so sad to learn of his passing. Prayers for his family, friends, and community.

I was saddened to learn of Mike’s passing. I knew Mike from geology classes at OU and later serving on the OU G&G Alumni Advisory Council. He always had a smile and something funny to share. We’ll miss your leadership on the Council. May his soul rest in peace.

I just learned last night of Mike's passing. So sad. We last texted each other on January 2nd...so I am so surprised. What a really big hearted and interesting man. Mike introduced my wife and me to the family a couple of years ago at Hubie's birthday celebration...so we got to meet lots of family members. What a joy!! We walked over to the Linden tree in the park as part of the celebration. Thank you's to Hubie and the family for taking us in.

Mike was a great Guy. He was kind hearted and welcomed me when I last visited him at his company in Purcell, Oklahoma. He showed me the ropes of how to be an Independent Geoscientist. A great OU Alumni. My thoughts and prayers for his family. May his Soul Rest in Peace. - Victor Agbe-Davies
