Not sure what to say?

I have known Mikell only a few short years and found him to be a wonderful person to have as a friend as well as a great traveling companion. I am very sad that our friendship could not have lasted longer and will be forever grateful for how wonderfully he treated my son and grandson. I am certain Mike will walk hand and hand with God in Heaven.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

Ten years ago we had the pleasure of meeting Rev. Durant at Macedonia, and enjoyed the 8'oclock service he would preach and the ones he continued through the years. We knew alot about him because he preached about his life and how he was saved. He knew and loved the Lord and the Lord loved him. Now may Rev. Durant and his loving wife Patricia rest in peace together in Heaven.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Brenda,
As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

We were deeply saddened to hear about the death of Mikell. He was such a kind and gentle soul. His smile brightened up the room. Being around Mikell was a happy time, he will be missed dearly.
Sincerely,
Tom & Donna Kara

God puts people in your life for a season and for that season Mikell has had been a great influence on who I am today. Mikell Durant (Candybar Man) will be dearly missed. Mrs. Quanika Lassiter-Auten and Lassiter Family

I've known Min. Durant for more than 15 years. He and his wife Patricia were the perfect pair! They were both funny and full of life. One thing I can say without hesitation is that Mikell preached God's word with clarity and vigor! He loved God and God's people. I am convinced that he is now resting in the arms of Jesus. He will always be remembered.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mikell a few years ago and will treasure the times he shared with myself and my family. He was a gentle and caring man that will be missed by many. Dave Coen
