Not sure what to say?

The men and mates of the USS Mullany would like to extend their condolences to the family of Mike and to thank you for his service to our country. We will properly honor him at our 2015 reunion by ringing the ship's bell in his honor.

To Carol and all of the Chapmans, our hearts are heavy with yours. We pray you will be comforted at this difficult time. When a Chapman passes on, it as if one of our own family members pass away also. The Chapmans are just like family to us (as it has been with our ancestors), and we love you all dearly.

Jonnie McReynolds

We will always remember Mike with a smile in our hearts. That was the way he was. Always a smile on his face and something funny to say. We have great memories to cherish. With Love

You are so incredibly missed. Thank you for being my friend and uncle. I am praying for all of us who are grieving the loss of you, uncle Mikey.

You will be missed and remembered. Amen

We are so sorry for your loss. Mike was a wonderful guy and we will miss him.

He was a very good man and will be missed by all. I think we are stunned and missing him terribly. He could not have been a better friend than he was.

So sorry...sending heart-felt thoughts, prayers to his family...A Cottage Grove son made a difference in his world.
