Not sure what to say?

Still missing this man who had such an impact on so many.

I attended Muirlands Middle School when Milan was a gym coach. Then returned in the 80's to work in the office when he was a counselor. So sorry he's gone.

Milan helped my kids at Muirlands and delivered eggs to my parents house in Pottery Canyon. He was a dear friend and very nice man!!

I remember Milan from our friendship while at San Diego State. He was a gentle soul and fun to be with. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Dear Marlene and family,
It is with great sorrow that my son James and I received the news of Milan's passing. I worked with Milan from 1983 to 1990 at Muirlands. He was a great help to me as I was getting my Counseling degree. Rest in peace, Milan.

Dear Marlene and Family,
I loved working with Milan at Muirlands. His advice was sage and gentle. He always had a smile for every student, parent, neighborhood complaint, and teacher. Milan was a gentleman and so kind and giving. His barbecues were legendary!

Milan had a wonderful sense of humor, and he was such a great role model for the kids. Everyone who knew Milan loved him. He was a great man!

May he rest in the Eternal Peace he so well deserves.

Milan was such a wonderful role model for me. I met him as a parent at Muirlands Middle School. He always had an amazing outlook on life and always gave his best. He loved and watched out for ALL the students as a Guidance Counselor at the school. But the fondest memories for me was the 8th Grade B'que before winter break each year.

He continued the tradition after he left He delighted in life and so enjoyed his family. The great thing was that EVERYONE seemed to be part of...

Milan was a wonderful friend and teammate at McKeesport(PA) High School in the 1950's. His genuine warmth and kindly nature were always evident to those of us who knew him then. My condolences to his family. The world is a poorer place without him in it. I will keep all of you in my prayers.
