ADAMOUSKI, Mildred C. "Millie" - Of Oscoda and former hometown of Davison, Michigan, age 80, was called home to be with the Lord she loved on Saturday, April 30, 2005 at Lincoln Haven Health Care. A celebration service of her home going will be held at 1PM Wednesday, May 4, 2005 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Stephen Burkhart and Reverend J. Ellsworth Jackson officiating. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation 5-8PM Tuesday and 11AM Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Millie was born in Flint, Michigan on July 21, 1924. She was one whose life touched many people. She was a great care-giver and will be fondly remembered by many co-workers and patients for her several years of service at Genesee Memorial Hospital. Millie was an avid bowler and golfer. She got much joy from the leagues she played on. Also, many knew her from her daily "coffee hour" with friends at the Country Boy in Davison. She was loved by all. Surviving are 2 sons, Charles and wife Lori Rhoads and Lester Rhoads; daughter, Ellen and husband Harold Ervin and sister, Violet and husband Jerry Faiver. She was a loving grandma, great-grandma and aunt to numerous members of her family and will be missed by a host of friends she loved.
