Not sure what to say?

Craig, I extend my deepest condolences to you and your family. I did not know your Mother but I see from her lovely obituary that she was a strong and noble woman of The Great Generation. May she rest in peace. She was so blessed to have such a loyal, devoted son. May you be strengthened and comforted by precious memories.

You have my deepest sympathy at this time. Your mother was a dear person. I always enjoyed her when she came into the office. She was one of the special ones.
