Condolences to the entire Balcer Family in reference to Mildred. Our early friendship began on Stark Street in Bridgeport. May she rest in peace.

To the Balsar Family, I deeply regret your loss, may you find peace at this hard time of your lives.

God Bless,

Millie, you always had more energy than the Eveready Bunny. I used to marvel how you were wble to out distance, work and enjoy life more than all of your contemporaries at Bockman/Bockwind.It has been a pleasure to know you and to have worked with you.
So, heres to you, mildred, God Bless and keep you.
I raise my glass of Early Times ( or was it Southern Comfort?) to your memory . Since I cant be sure which bourbon it was . . . . . i do it with each,

Phil
