Mildred treated me with the utmost respect and with a kindness that is unheard of in this day and time. She always had a gentle spirit and made you feel loved and respected every time she saw you. She was a lady of grace and love just as JESUS would direct a woman to be. She was a model Christian lady which all of us could learn from.

My heartfelt sympathy to the family. Mildred, with the ever present smile, was a pillar of our community and our church, a gentle lady and a role model to us all. She will be greatly missed.
