I came to know Mildred back in November 2004 when she held a meeting with Will Count Sheriff's Police and neighbors in the Willow Brook and Plum Valley neighborhoods. Thanks to Mildred and her efforts to keep our neighborhoods safe, arrests were made and crime started going down. We all should be very grateful to her efforts and the concern for our safety.
