I had the pleasure of have Ms. Millie Dixon as a next door neighbor since 1996. Her property was maintained in impeccable condition and our brief conversations were centered our shared amazement of what used to bloom, and when. I will surely miss the fastidious clockwork that informed me it was Wednesday. Grove and Tripp know that my prayers are with you and your family. She was a wonderful person and will be missed by everyone that knew her.

Many fond memories of "Millie" when she visited Altoona! She was a great conversationalist and such a sweet lady..... we got along beautifully and I looked forward to her visits! She truly loved her family!

I have known Mrs. Dixon since I was in grammar school at St Pius X School. 50 plus years.... She pretty much became part of the Bailey Family way back and our Second Mom. Sweet, Happy, Cheerful, and enjoyed Life for sure. Lots and lots of good times over the years. "Millie" Mrs. D will be missed by all who were blessed to know her.

Grove and Tripp I am so sorry to hear of your loss of Mama Millie. I remember her back when Grove and I worked together at MTA. Always a beautiful spirit and loving Mother.

I just loved the many Mardi Gras parades with Millie-she will be missed
