Not sure what to say?

What a truly great lady

Here I am, a 69 year old lady, mother and grandmother with a Master's degree in journalism who never could forget her all time favorite teacher, Mrs. Hepburn. She was my homeroom teacher and my most incredible English teacher for two years. I remember when she visited my home wanting to see the fireplace I had described in an essay, her talking about her plane accident making her feel that she survived for a purpose, and her dedication to teaching us proper grammar, the eight parts of speech....

I want to extend my condolences to Mrs. Hepburn's family. Hearing of her death saddened me. She made a permanent mark on me. I regret now that I did not keep up with her after East View Junior High. A couple of months ago I saw "No Way Out." The regal way she portrayed her character reminded me of the regal way she ran her classroom. I will miss her, and so will many of her students. I hope that her students' vivid memories of her will help bring some comfort to you.

Mrs. Hepburn was a truly memorable and inspiring teacher and person. My life was enriched by having her as my teacher.

Truly a great person !

Ms. Hepburn was a great English teacher - Eastview 8th Grade. RIP and condolences to her family.

My condolences....Mrs. Hepburn always found a positive way to deliver her lessons.

My condolences to the Hepburn family.

Words can not express what a great loss this is. Ms Hepburn was one of the few teachers at Eastview that cared about her students. I thank you for all that I learned from you and you were definitely what they they call a "Gentle Giant". You will truly be missed.....
