I attended Lander College(University) with Millie Still and was a fellow Physical Education Educator.Millie showed leadership skills in sports and PE and had a grand sense of humor and I feel truly thankful for her friendship during those wonderful college years. My sincerest condolences to her family.

Millie was a sophomore and I a senior when we both attended Lander College, now university.
We were both P.E. majors. I enjoyed Millie ...a sweet, precious girl.
My condolence to the Kennedy and Still families.

All the time I knew Millie from the Stono Ferry Women's Golf, I never realized that she was a Lander graduate as I am also. I was a senior and she a sophomore. I never put the face with Millie Still at Lander. Now I wish for that conversation, but she was a ggreat lady and I am glad I was reacquainted with her. Lander was a great women's college then and had a strong PE program which she carried with her in her profession.

I first remembered Ms. Still (Kennedy) as the hard hitting PE teacher at James Island High School (Camp Road) who could blow that whistle like no other (she also caught me hiding behind the bleachers during track and field).. Now I would like to pay my heart felt respect to Mr. Kennedy and her family. Rest in Peace, you will always be remembered as Ms. Still to all of us who knew you.

She was a great educator and mentor to many of us at JICHS. She will me missed.Thoughts and prayers to the family.

Coach Kennedy was my track coach in 1990s, and she encouraged me every day at practice. She was truly a wonderful woman with a kind teaching spirit. She will be missed.
