Read MorePenny & Dick were good neighbors. When Dick got sick, I remember Penny going to have breakfast with him every day even though driving wasn't her favorite thing to do. Condolences to Rick, Georgia and family. Penny was a great lady.

In all the years that I knew Penny, I always felt cared for, valued, supported, in her presence. To me, she was the best example I knew of a life of faith and grace, and love of family-and all creation. God, who loves us all, will surely have her meet us again on that far shore with that beautiful smile and loving arms. Georgia and Rick, Ashley, Tiffany, Tasha, all the great- granddaughters, and great-great grandson, my heart aches for you.
