Not sure what to say?

Remember when I met Mildred back in 1984 and how she instantly made me feel like I'd always known her. The family is in my thoughts and prayers. Remember, "When you lose some one you love, you gain and Angel you know".

Jim,
Your Mother was a lovely, gracious lady who seemed to have a perpetual smile & kind word for everyone. I mourn for her & our thoughts & prayers are with you.

Our families will forever be connected through experiences shared...happy and sad. Looking back, Mildred & my mother spoke almost everyday. They were the mortar that held the families together, facing all situations with wisdom, strength, direction, but mostly LOVE.
Mildred was such a positive role model for all who had the privilege of knowing her. She is definitely one of the Greatest Generations. Having her in our lives has been such a blessing. I know she is in heaven having the...

Such an amazing lady. Beautiful inside, outside and everyway possible. She will be missed by all who knew her. Love, Virginia & Buddy

I had the pleasure of meeting Mildred for the first time (although I have heard of her my entire life from my grandmother) last Saturday at my grandmother's (Norma Mills) funeral. She was so kind and had some wonderful words about my Mamaw. It was wonderful to see an example of such a long friendship.
My heart and prayers go out to her family as they grieve her absence.
Holly Abernathy

Mildred was such a caring and compassionate woman who was committed to helping every person who walked through her office door. Strong and independent but always a lady. She will enjoy her home in heaven reuniting with all those who are waiting. I'll miss our conversations. -- God's blessings to all, Belinda Bledsoe and family

What a great Lady,I think everyone at Diamond Oaks has a story all good. She will be missed.

Mildred was a remarkable woman. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I know my Mom was one of her many friends in the 60's. She was a great example for women with her work ethics and values. Rest in peace
