Mildred G. Oliver 83, of Yuba City passed away October 9, 2010. Memorial Services will be held at First Baptist Church in Yuba City on October 16, 2010 at 1:30pm. Private burial is at Sutter Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel.
