Dear John and Jean, I only found out this evening so I missed the service.My love to you both and I share your sadness of the passing of this Grande Dame! And to Kathy and Ben for watchful eye in her declining years. May God Bless you for this work of God!

I had the pleasure of Millie's company as we celebrated Red Hat Society in her 82nd year. She was ageless! I had several visits with Millie during this time (2004) and then lost touch after that. Together we celebrated Life and Grace and Maturity(Her's not mine). She was still driving and living alone at that time. Arriving in her PT Cruiser she was all VINTAGE yet oh so Modern. I entered her portrait in a Photo competition in 2005. I titled it Thoroughly Modern Millie! A very special lady!

Dear John and Jean,
We are sorry for you with Millie's passing, but we know you have many fun memories of her during her long life. We feel glad to have known her through Trinity, and look forward to seeing you both at some time in the future when we can share some of those memories together. Milly was the sweetheart of Midland Manor II (now called Midland Senior Manor II ) She was the first person to move into the Manor. She was a Red Hatter and loved to go shopping in her PT Cruiser. Milly lived on the 3rd floor and loved to go to the many parties at the Manor. She will be missed by all her friends. She is up in Heaven now serving donuts and coffee on Thurs mornings.
