I'd like to add my condolences to the family of Mildred Stephens. It was an honor to have followed her footsteps and serve on the Ewing Board of Education as she and Dr. Strothers were the first of African-American descent to be elected to the Ewing Bd. of Ed. May her legacy provide inspiration for others to follow her footsteps into civic responsibilities. God bless.

I was so sorry to hear about her passing. She was my very first manager and I will always be thankful for her hiring me as I am still here at ETS. Rest in peace, Mrs. Stephens. You will not be forgotten.
