Not sure what to say?

I had the pleaure of knowing Mildred from back in the day when she and I were members of the Vestavia Hills UMC adult choir. She also sang at our wedding and sounded like an angel of which she truly was! How blessed God's choir surely must be in having her as a member!

I first met her when we did "Li'l Abner" with Actor's Theatre. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. My sympathy to husband Bob and sons.

Ann was a mentor who voice was rivaled only by her beautiful persona.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Mildred Ann's family at this difficult time. Mildred Ann was so loved and will truly be missed by so many people. Our loss is the Heavenly Choir's gain. Sing away our dear friend.

Ann, my little sister, sang on WAPI at age 3. The announcer held her in his arms to reach the mike. I had taught her to sing, SING, BABY, SING. She and I have been singing ever since to give joy to others. I will miss her terribly but will sing again with her in the future when God gives me a call. We will sing our arias and duets. Save me a seat, Sis. Lovingly, Mary Evelyn Scott Anderson.

So sorry to read of Mildred's passing. Her beautiful voice was so appreciated by many. May you all keep many wonderful memories close to your heart!

I remember Mildred Ann as one of the most joy-filled singers ever. She could light up a room, a church, theatre or concert hall with her lovely voice and enthusiastic performance. God will surely put her on the front row of His eternal choir.
With love and blessings to her family and friends.

Mildred Ann was a lovely person as well as a beautiful singer. It was my privilege to sing "Hansel" to her "Gretel" while I was still a student at Birmingham-Southern. What fun we had! She taught me by her example. The Heavenly Choir is richer now. Much love from Jan (Kinnaird) Hill

Such wonderful memories of Mildred Ann. Beautiful voice, sweet and charming personality. She is surely soloing in the Heavenly Choir. Sympathy and prayers for the family.
