Mildred Chieko Nakadomari "Millie" Williams

I was a friend of Millie’s though an aviation connection. Millie was so warm and generous with her time. We enjoyed many conversations together, both being pilots and teachers. I respected Millie’s intelligence and many talents including being a great cook. During the late 1970s I moved away from area but thought of Millie often. Condolences to her family. Mrs. Williams was my teacher in grade school and she truly cared about kids and learning. I always loved that she would stamp our work with currency stamps that we could cut out and save for her in class auctions of cool stuff. I remember one day a classmate was having an emotional day and she picked up on it.
