Mr. Carter definitely lives on in our memories, because of the love he had for teaching and showing our children how to present themselves in a very professional setting. When concerts were presented we were very proud of the discipline expressed by all of the children sitting in from of him. I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Carters death. He was such an integral part of my community and church. He taught my daughter flute for years and several relatives had him as a teacher. He inspired me so much when he played sax at church. My deepest condolences to the family.
