Great friend and doctor to my parents Enrique and Peggy Alferez We will miss them all

10 August 2022 I worked with Dr Friedlander for 2 years as his secretary @Tulane. He was a Gentleman of great wisdom and friendship. I hold those fond memories near my heart. Rest well, Sir.

Dr. Friedlander was the first ophthalmologist I shadowed as a medical student at Tulane. He sparked a love for the field in me with his warm, welcoming spirit and humor. I will be forever grateful to him.

Dear Nicole, Marc and Paul, I am so sorry for your loss of your husband and father, this wonderful man I was lucky enough to have known. I always looked forward to my eye doctor's visits. Imagine that! And, felt privileged that him and all of you patronized my restaurant for so many years. Please accept my most heartfelt condolences. Eveline.

So sorry for the loss of Miles, an extraordinary man and physician, respected and appreciated by his patients and colleagues (of which I was both).
