You are a gem and I was fortunate to cross your path, I worked for you at the Inn. The first lady I met that was all I wished I could be or be like. Thank you!

Mrs. Hatcher,

I worked with Mil at Jones Day several years ago. In his subtle and gentle way, Mil provided me with valuable wisdom and placed his trust in me at a critical time in my career. I will forever remember him for these and other gestures which illustrate the strength of his character. I will miss Mil, yet very much appreciate the chance to have know him. My sincerest condolences to you and your family.
