I worked with Millard approximately forty years ago at Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court. I left Cleveland shortly thereafter and never saw him again, but I must tell you that seeimg his picture online brought a smile to my face even though I felt sad to know he's gone. I have such a clear recollection of him as an uncommonly kind and gentle man. I am sorry for your loss.
