Millard Max Triplett

Trip quickly became one of my heroes. He had thought through many issues and developed a well-reasoned code of ethics. He stood stoutly for integrity, decency, and fair play among people. His endurance through his painful final days with cancer was a lesson in courage and grace. He was authentically 'Trip' to the end -- always positive, always more concerned about others than for himself. My life has been enriched because Trip chose to make me his friend.
