Millicent Louise Kuhilan Rogers

Millie regularly attended our services at Kaumakapili Church for a few years. I'll always remember her wicked sense of humor and how engaged and loving she was with those around her. She was the first differently abled person to attend our church and we were so lucky to have her in our lives.

Millie was an inspiration to me in every way...I could write a lot about her...perhaps at another time. I loved Millie and I am thankful for all that she inspired with me. Millie was differently abled but rarely pined about what she could not do. She did what she could...and she was kind to others, liked to joke, willing tale on big challenges ( like social policy).
Her tenacity to live as fully as possible is something I carry with me wherever I go. Wish I had a photo of...
