Saratoga Springs – Mildred “Millie” B. Devizzio passed away peacefully on the evening of Wednesday, March 7, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

Millie was a woman of many talents. After graduating from Mildred Elley she had multiple careers. She was a secretary at the VanRaalte Company, a receptionist at Stepping Star Studio, and a waitress at many area restaurants including Mangino’s Ristorante on Saratoga Lake. She loved to sing and dance, play cards, cook for her family and most of all Millie loved to laugh. Above all else, she loved her family. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was fully invested in them, their lives, and their interests. Millie never missed a ball game or a dance recital.

Millie is predeceased by her parents, Silas and Minnie (Churchill) Doty; beloved daughter Pamela Devizzio; significant other of over 20 years Nicholas Saviano; sisters Kathleen Hall and Lillian Mangini; brothers Stephen and Charles Doty; and the father of her children Tony Devizzio, Sr.

Survivors include her four children; Tony (Terri) Devizzio, Jr., Linda Gallagher, Michael Devizzio, and Tina (Jay) Colamaria, four grandchildren: Nicole Colamaria, Emily, Anthony, and James Devizzio, and several nieces and nephews including Eileen Williams, Colleen Ring and Jimmy Mangini who Millie held a special place in her heart.

Relatives and friends may call from 2pm to 4pm on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at The William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff, Inc. Funeral Homes (628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs). A funeral home service celebrated by Rev. Arthur B. Tuttle, C.Ss.R., will begin at 4pm.

Burial will take place the following morning, Monday, March 12, at 10am at St. Peter’s Cemetery, West Ave., Saratoga Springs.

Donations may be made in Millie’s memory to the American Heart Association, 4 Atrium Dr., Suite 100, Albany, NY 12205.
