Our condolences go out to the family of Millie. She’ll be missed by family and friends.

I knew Millie, when I worked at the SF VA Hospital System. We were all so proud when she was chosen for the Space Program & would always say,we knew her when! One of the first NASA patches was hers & I still have it tucked away in my memory box. My deepest sympathies to her family,colleagues.Rest in Peace!

Truly saddened to learn of the loss of Millie. Although we never had the opportunity to meet, she was a favorite astronaut as she was the only fellow graduate of Texas Woman's University. My prayers go out to the family.
