Milo was my most endearing Payson friend. He told me about watching my Dad play baseball and enjoyed Payson City Band Concerts in the park. I shared his love of softball when we lived in Poway and greatly appreciated his knowledge, skills and encouragement. He was greatly admired by all who knew him. His family and friends are a true legacy.
