Read MoreDr. Butts was my doctor as child. I remember going to get my vaccination shots at the age of 5 on Walnut St. It's been about 60 years since my last black doctor. We loved Dr. Butts. THis was my Doctor for many years on Walnut St. here in South Bend Ind. R.I.P. I remember all to well how afraid I was to get my shots when it was time. You will never be forgotten by me, Love Always to the Family which will be my family forever.
